#18457: wdr4900 ethernet broken after 3.18 rc5

Just a heads up, the mpc85xx target or specifically the WDR4900 gianfar
driver breaks starting with 3.18 rc6 and up.
Forgot to copy the exact error message from dmesg but it was something
like "fsl-gianfar mdio@ffe24000 probe failed with error -12".
It works fine with rc5, I've double checked this.
