To be able to get more than 24 hours of uptime in trunk, though it beats
the purpose of the OpenWrt distribution, I removed de WAN6 interface,
remove all pre-defened IPV6 iptables rules, flush ip6tables from the
command line and edited sysctl.conf with this and rebooted:

net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1
net.ipv6.conf.default.forwarding=0
net.ipv6.conf.all.forwarding=0
}}}
Does DNSMASQ crash for you too?
