Oprofile 0.9.9 fails to compile for build target mips_34k (tplink archer)
After make menuconfig .config file contains
CONFIG_HAS_MIPS16=y
This causes oprofile build to fail. By setting CONFIG_HAS_MIPS16=n it
compiles. Obviously CONFIG_HAS_MIPS16=y option results in smaller
binaries so ideally it would be best to disable this somehow for only the
Oprofile package with this chip build target.
