 The way I understand it, IPv6 does not have QoS built in. It has headers
 that are bit more descriptive to aid in QoS prioritization. And according
 to my own testing, a file transfer over an IPv6 connection will saturate
 my cable connection regardless or QoS settings. And one over an IPv4
 connection will not.
 It isn't a half/full-duplex related issue.
