Comment (by twerrt):

 A little bit more words.

I test my IPTV with 2 configurations, with 1 and 2 ips. I did it for about
 1 hour.

If I remove and keep only 1 ip (does not matter which) in my
/etc/config/network I can see forwarding of 224./4 packets from br-lan
 interface to eth0.

If here is a 2 ips, no forwarding no matter what.

I used 'tcpdump -i br-lan igmp' and 'tcpdump -i eth0 igmp) to see packet
 forwarding.

With 2 ips, even 'route add -net 224.0.0.0/4 gw my_first_ip_gw dev eth0'
or 'route add -net 224.0.0.0/4 gw my_second_ip_gw dev eth0'

 Booth does not work.

I also tried to remove firewall rules and cleat it all
/etc/init.d/firewall stop or iptables -F. No change.

 It seems like a bug.
