That seems like a good idea, if anyone can repro frequently enough.
Also, it might help to log *why* ath9k didn't care about the interrupt,
i.e. which condition in ath_isr() caused it to return IRQ_NONE. I might
work up a patch for this in a few days.
The issue has not yet recurred on my system (WNDR3700v1 still running
r43457).
