#18669: error during nfq_open() - openwrt attitude adjustment 12.09

I want to use nfqueue for my openwrt version mentioned above.
initially I was not able to add the nfqueue rule in iptables.
iptables -A INPUT -p udp --dport 500 -j NFQUEUE
But now i'm able to after compiling using the :-

but now after i compile my code and run it in openwrt, it throws error:
error during nfq_open()
I compiled these apk's and installed in openwrt and put the 'so' files
too.

I have tried all possibilities known to me and still not able to figure
out the solution. I am stuck since days please help.
