This works on a Barrier Breaker Image I created today. The patch consumes
a little over 100kb space but it makes the channels 12 and 13 available.
unfortunately the driver is not being compiled by the image builder so it
is either
a) reserving some space to execute the hack after flashing or
b) compiling the firmware
