Comment (by raver@…):
Hi,
I'm having the same problem for some time. I think it was introduced by
r43000. Tested only with ar71xx devices (3.10.x and 3.14.x kernels) and
some Huawei modems.
{{{
root@OpenWrt:~# gcom -d /dev/ttyUSB1 sig
comgt 17:25:45 -> -- Error Report --
comgt 17:25:45 -> ----> ^
comgt 17:25:45 -> Error @133, line 8, Could not write to COM device. (1)
root@OpenWrt:~# gcom -d /dev/ttyUSB0 sig
comgt 17:26:32 -> -- Error Report --
comgt 17:26:32 -> ----> ^
comgt 17:26:32 -> Error @224, line 13, String is shorter than second
argument. (7)
}}}
Removing
[https://dev.openwrt.org/browser/trunk/package/network/utils/comgt/patches/002-termios.patch?rev=43000
002-termios.patch] apparently solved the problem.
