I missed to mention that in case I bring up wlan0 manually a 'iw dev wlan0
station dump' returns a list of the AP around which seems to be
compareable to the list shown by the wifi scan on my mobile -> the wifi HW
seems to OK to me...But freezes again if I execute a full network restart
