#18955: luci bug in the switch page

The port number tips below the settings are different from the settings'
port.
Like the image below, I set the Port 1 untagged in all vlans but when i
clicked the save button, it has a wrong error check report about port 2.
The developers are a little lazy by counting the port id by the number of
the ports and ignoring the CPU one. :-D
It may be easy to mislead beginners. I think it easy and possible to fix
it.
