#18984: Wrong MAC address on ARV752DPW (i.e. duplicate MAC for two routers)

I noticed that my two EasyBox 802 (aka ARV752DPW) running BB 14.07
(r42625) have an identical MAC address (00:00:83:89:C0:00). On both boxes,
this MAC is used on both eth0 and br-lan.
"mtd_get_mac_binary board_config 22" on both boxes finds the correct MAC
(printed on the case), 00:23:08:**:**:**.
I'm using U-Boot 2010.03 (Apr 09 2012 - 01:10:47).
I changed "ethaddr" to the correct MAC in U-Boot, making the change
permanent with "saveenv", but this had no effect.
I saw similar descriptions in #14714 and #18045, but I'm lost at the
moment where source of the problem is for the ARV752DPW and how to fix it.
