In file mach-ixp4xx/common.c, function gpio_line_set(), specific values
are checked to see if we are setting a GPIO high or low.
Some users of this facility (e.g. spi-gpio) call expecting 0 == low, !0 ==
high (essentially a bool). This causes GPIOs to not change their values as
expected.
