#18989: Cannot turn raspberry pi into ap mode, Wireless is disabled or not

Generated a OpenWrt Raspberry version from Barrier Braker. Runs fine. The
dongle is a RTL8188 and supported by the system as rtl8192cu. A scan
within UCI shows the available networks.
Now trying to turn into AP mode will not be accepted.
wireless contains
wifi-device 'radio0', option type 'mac80211' ....
wifi-iface option device 'radio0', option mode 'ap' .....
The UCI page shows the SSID. Any attempt to configure does not work.
I am not sure if this is the bug fix within network.lua.
