I've been trying to identify why the Wi-Fi kill switch on my TP-Link
Archer C7 v2 isn't working, and came across what looks like an errant
close parenthesis that snuck into a copy/paste at line 85 of hostapd's
Makefile in r43345. If I'm reading it right, NEED_RFKILL never gets
included as a driver option.
#12388 is possibly related.
