#19030: libiwinfo: report HT channel width in scan list results

HT channel width or possibly other Information Elements should be included
in scan list results. For example using the NL80211 API you may get it by
extracting it from IE 61. There are a lot of other information that could
be extracted as well via other Information Elements.
Examples of available data can be see in the `iw` binary in `scan.c`.
