#19052: DIR-615-E4 does not load after flashing the firmware from trunc of

After flashing the image from
http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/ar71xx/generic/openwrt-
ar71xx-generic-dir-615-e4-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin to DIR-615-E4 the router
hangs after reboot(only the power LED lights).
The problem is reproduced with image from 21-Feb-2015 and from
19-Feb-2015. And the problem was not reproduced with image from
05-Jan-2015(about this date, +- 5 days, I do not remember the exact date
of working image).
