I don't seem to have this issue anymore as of a BB build from late last
year, somewhere in the 43xxx's (not sure which one specifically did it).
I'm on 44162 at the moment
(https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=47382). I never did try the
'bind' workaround, and I'm not sure if it working now is a result of a
deliberate fix or just an accident.
