#18607: ar9341 tl-wr8410 eth0 down sometimes which would cause pppoe terminated
and
the eth0 down up triple, would cause pppd blockd ,thus cause no Internet
Access any more.

The same on whr-hp-g300n running BB14.07.
Both eth0 and eth1 have possibility hanging completely.
Cause I'm noob about openwrt, I have not tried bleeding-edge trunk yet.
