Now it works.
The Problem was my wpa_supplicant.conf
important Parameters are:
key_mgmt=FT-PSK
bgscan="simple:120:-75:600"
My Setup:
APs:
TP-Link TL-WDR4300
TP-Link TL-WR1043ND
Client:
Lenvo x201t with Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 (driver:iwlwifi)
(OS:Kubuntu:14.10)
