Solved this one.
Have MR3020 with Barier Braker clean installed.
Followed http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/recipes/3gdongle with MA260
(modeswitch with usb_mode.json included).
Problem: 3g WAN starts on modem replug, does not start on boot.
Solution:
vi /etc/hotplug.d/usb/20-usb_mode
Add "Sleep 5" line
before "/etc/init.d/usbmode start"
