#19110: MT7621 can not use 512M DDR3 memory

we use sumsang 512M DDR3 for our board .
i am trying to set the memory size in the dts file .
when i set the memory lower than 256M , everything is ok .
but when i set the memory over 256M , something error when i bootup .
PS.our platform is mediated MT7621
