The original problem with upnp, ddns (and privoxy) and luci_statistics
have been fixed a few hours ago. 44651 and later builds should include
those fixes.
If your issue continues with 44651+ builds, you need to debug more to find
out which module causes it. (especially the broken pipe is interesting.)
The error might be something related to your specific configuration, so
others might not be able to reproduce it easily.
You might need to open a separate ticket so that issue do not get mixed.
