#19219: AR71XX: wan port does not autonegotiate correctly at 1GBIT

My Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH with the rtl8366rb switch r44874 does not see a
link when connected to a 1gbit port.
After a power cycle or "/etc/init.d/network restart" my wanport wont come
online again. (in 95% of the time it wont, very lucky if it comes online,
then its connected at 1gbit)
ethtool -s eth1 speed 100 duplex full autoneg off (autoneg on/off does not
matter)
brings the port online in no time
