Hello, seems that the format for unknown reasons shall be (note double
hyphen --):

option ssh '-i /PATH/TO/PRIVKEY -N -T -R
REMOTEPORT:127.0.0.1:22 -- -y -l USERNAME -p PORT HOST'

option monitorport 'MONITORPORT'
option poll '600'
