#19357: ddns-scripts should have an option to not run the daemon

Given that `/etc/hotplug.d/iface/25-ddns` will update the DDNS entry when
an interface comes up, there really is no need to run the ddns-scripts
daemon unless you are paranoid.
But for those that are not, one ought to be able to just have the updater
exit when it's done and not sit in a loop doing checks and updates, etc.
