#19372: Python-pip broken in the current repo?

Im running Chaos Calmer openwrt r44948 -git-15.079.29361-3e37216)
About 3 days i installed pythong-pip without any issues. Today i reflashed
the same build (twice) but i keep getting an error when trying to install
"python-pip"
root@OpenWrt:~# opkg install python-pip

Who maintains this package? I see the repo packaged are now dated mar
29th! Did something change.
