#19486: find -perm +0100 depreciated

The find command will no longer accept the -perm +0100 option. This
causes the CC build on updated Fedora 21 machines to all fail. Pleace
modify all calls to find that use the -perm +0100 to -perm /0100 as the
man page for find now suggests. Thank you.
