One more l7 cleanup task:
I noticed that iptables still also includes the actual l7 pattern files
that were copied by the routines removed by r45481:
https://dev.openwrt.org/browser/trunk/package/network/utils/iptables/files/l7
The files subdir of the iptables package sources contain only those l7
patterns, so maybe the whole files dir is unnecessary.
