While modifying a TP Link MR-3040 router to add more flash, the chipset I
ordered wasn't supported yet. This is a patch to add the information to
recognize the Spansion flash chip I used.
I suspect the quilt patch file may need to be renumbered when being
accepted, but it works as written in my current git clone of 14.07 master
branch.
