with r45568 and before (maybe introduced with r44942)
i can see (with ar71xx and mpc85xx), that sometimes
after a normal reboot the router is dumb and has all
values set to defaults - so it boots up with telnet and has no password /
wifi is off.
i mark this as prio highest, because it's mission critical
in a mesh network and of course also not good from a security view 8-)
