#19584: Add license information to download page/next to firmware images

Please add license information/info about where to get the source code to
http://downloads.openwrt.org/ and maybe next to firmware images/other
distributables to properly notify everyone about the actual license (which
appears to be GPLv2) of OpenWRT and where to find the source (afaik it is
the SDK). The latter is afaik required by the GPL. Also distributing a
copy of the GPL is a best practise when licensing software under GPL.
