I looked into the sources of ddns-scripts 1.x running behind the luci-app-
ddns.
The field "hostname" (environment variable $domain) is used inside
nslookup to get the current IP registered on the web. nslookup did not
allow to use a comma/semicolon separated list.
Thats the reason why there is a validate on the field hostname in new
luci-app-ddns.
Are you running a different backend behind luci-app-ddns ?
