#19673: additional wireless paramater - wpa_psk_file

Hello @all,
at the moment there is only one PSK which could be defined for WPA in the
wireless config.
As hostapd supports the config directive "wpa_psk_file" containing list of
PSK and MAC address für defining additional PSKs i would suggest to
implement such an behavior.
Same as in #19672, my programming skills are not high enough to make such
an change on my own. So maybe someone else could implement this.
