#19734: MT7612E 5G performance is not good

I did the speed test on MT7620+7612E platform.
With the China Unicom 20Mbps fiber connection, the speed test on 2.4G can
easily reach about 25M bps download speed at speedtest.net.
But if I switch to 5G band, with the same test server, I can just get
about 6M bps download.
I tried 20MHz, 40MHz, 80MHz band. The result is the same.
