#19741: 15.05-rc1 on Archer C7 v2 802.11ac causing intermittent packet loss

Router is configured as an access point. Trying to ping machine on subnet
through router from 802.11ac client running OS X 10.10.3. Router is
connected directly to ping target machine via ethernet cord.
Ping stats:
--- 192.168.4.1 ping statistics ---
650 packets transmitted, 649 packets received, 0.2% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 0.782/57.176/624.269/84.658 ms
Note the very large spread of ping times.
Also getting complete network dropouts sporadically while browsing.
Connection appears to be up at this time, but no packets appear to get
through.
