I answer myself:
I have removed the kmod-nls-iso8859-15 package and later i have installed
the kmod-nls-iso8859-1 package and it has worked.
Now I can mount a pendrive (with fat system file) in the usb port:
# mkdir /mnt/sda1
# mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/sda1
