It is a clean install.
The only packages I have installed are luci-ssl and luci-theme-openwrt,
nothing more.
I am using
[http://downloads.openwrt.org/chaos_calmer/15.05-rc1/x86/generic/openwrt-15.05-rc1-x86
-generic-combined-ext4.img.gz] on a usb stick.
I removed the luci-theme-openwrt package and installed it again, same
behaviour.
