Does it work if you establish the connections to them?
I mean, usually we have a stateful firewall that prevents connections
initiated from the outside, so this is sort of expected behavior. If you
can contact them by initiating an IPv6 connection and the return packets
are handled correctly then I guess this is not a bug but expected
behavior.
