#19778: mt76 wifi driver will loss packet when ping large packet

We found that the wifi will get dropped when using samba . Further mode ,
we found that there is the same problem when we ping the router using
large packet
Both mt7602e and mt7612e wifi chip.
Just like this:
C:\Users\Administrator>ping 192.168.1.1 -l 65500 -t
Pinging 192.168.1.1 with 65500 bytes of data:
