#19782: lspci does not work on imx6 with Chaos Calmer linux 3.18

Hello
I'm work with a freescale imx6q
I have wifi card on PCIe bus
with previous Chaos calmer version that use Linux 3.14.34 the PCIe is well
detected and all run perfectly
I need to upgrade to newer version, that means Linux 3.18,
Now the lspci result is empty
dmesg give a couple of error
[ 0.109123] imx6q-pcie 1ffc000.pcie: pcie_phy clock source missing or
invalid
[ 0.109167] imx6q-pcie: probe of 1ffc000.pcie failed with error -2
I think I lost something when compiling, could you help me please
