#19784: error: iw set retry to 0

 Hi.

 When I do "iw phy phy0 set retry short 1 long 1" or higher value, command
 is successfull.
 Then, if I do "iw phy phy0 set retry short 0 long 0", it throw the error
 "command failed: Invalid argument (-22)".

 Is it related with the following patch or this minimum value was changed
 elsewhere?
