#19838: 15.05-rc1 WNR2000v3 - does not save settings

There is a bug in the WNR2000v3 in the 15.05-rc1 release. When you flash
the firmware, reboot the device and make any settings, those settings are
not saved after reboot. For example when you set the username password in
luci and reboot the device, the passowrd ist not saved after reboot.
