Thanks KrypteX for the explanation, I upgraded to r45926. No improvement.
Number of errors the days before the firmware upgrade: 62, 47, 86, 44
Number of errors the days after the firmware upgrade: 32, 57, 57
WNDR3700v4. Errors are on the 2.4GHz band. Using channel 6, HT20 (not
HT40).
