Same issue with D-Link DIR-620 (ralink chip, sticker says P/N:
RIR620EEU....A1E, H/W Ver.: A1). Router makes all its ports to work as
switch at boot time which leads clients connected to LAN ports to obtain
lease from upstream DHCP server. Tried 12.09, 14.07, 15.05-rc2. No issue
with stock firmware (1.4.0).
