#19901: date from openwrt

When compiling more latest r46021 (openwrt + LuCi) date and time only show
GMT scheme/format (my localization is Europe/Warsaw - settings in LuCI:
option timezone 'CET-1CEST,M3.5.0,M10.5.0/3' to /etc/config/system) -
pleas help this situation or confirm/or not is this is bug.
