#19921: kmod-mt76 initialization and an error upon activation

Hi,
Let me quickly explain the problem - I've got a Xiaomi MiWiFi Mini
(MT7620A) and after installing RC2 I've experienced the following
behaviour:
1. Reboot the rooter
2. The n device start successfully
3. The ac device doesn't load and can't select a channel
4. In order for the ac chipset to start I've got to ssh and manually type
"wifi"
5. Then the chipset start, I'm able to connect and the following log
