#19992: rbcfg: get boot_device

it seems to me that rbcfg get boot_device option doesn't work correctly,
at least on RB 91xG:

unknown value 00000007 found for boot_device
root@91xG:~#
}}}
presumably it will not work even the "set" switch.
The RB run chaos_calmer.
