This is still present as of r45918 (Chaos Calmer 15.05-RC2, nightly
build). The device I have is a D-Link DIR-615 H1/H2 (more or less
identical).

So far, only restarting the device (which forces the reload of the kernel
mods and resets the wireless chips) helps to re-enable the Wi-Fi. I had
this issue pop up on the stable build of "Barrier Breaker" after a long
while of no problems other than occasional issues of not connecting to the
Wi-Fi on my Galaxy S4 on enable.
