#20081: Please disable UPnP by default (but leave NAT-PMP)

The implementation of UPnP in miniupnpd appears to have some issues, like
spamming the log with "SendSSDPNotify(): truncated output" and sending
huge bursts of multicast traffic every few seconds.
This is cured by setting enable_upnp to false. At least under Linux,
applications continue working, since they tend to fallback to NAT-PNP when
UPnP fails.
What about disabling UPnP by default?
